Are there any costs to your membership?

Our membership is completely free. No hidden costs and no pressure to carry out work.

If your report finds problems, do we have to book for work to be done?

No. There is zero obligation and no pressure. We will report our findings back to you, with expert advice for you to take away. From there, you can choose whether or not to act on these issues and you are free to employ a different company to do so.

Why Is It Free?

We are constantly working to separate ourselves from your standard cleaning company’s. We believe this is the best way to build a long term, trusted relationship between ourselves and our customers, both new and existing.

We can provide the best service possible when we have studied your property and its needs.

What do you inspect?

We will do a full property cleaning related inspection. This will include checking your gutters, downpipes and drain for blockages, a (camera/drone check only) of your roof condition. We will check your patio and drive for any hazards or unstable slabs. We can also check for any signs of damp, damage and deterioration of all hard surfaces.

What Happens Once I Subscribe?

We will contact you within 48 hours to arrange your first inspection at a date that suits you.

Once I Subscribe, Am I Tied In?

Our membership is fully flexible. You can opt out at any time by contacting us.

What Areas Do You Cover?
